Bungee Cord Fitness is the newest and finest of it’s kind! A 30 minute workout, where having fun and burning calories meet! We call our class, Rebound! This is a high intensity, low impact cardio class.

Rebound Class must knows:

-No Walk-ins, must schedule a class time through our website, or the MINDYBODY app.
-35 minute session
-Arrive 15 minutes prior to your class time.
-Wear athletic clothing and athletic shoes! (With a good grip)
-Bring a water bottle.
-Weight Limit: 250llbs
